I just started the other day , pretty active as far as I can tell ..cant even log into server 3 into late night without a que . I don't think there are English clans out there besides Rampage on human side and 1-2 clans orc side

Am thinking to start on Altar but i see a lot of +8/+9 items already for such a fresh server are there any active normal english clan on none human side ?

There is alot english clans after Cypher most crowded server witj strong English comunity.

The servers are better now that you can actually get an xp spot. The start of the servers was chaos like expected. With the mass amounts of people upgrading daily you will have alot of +8 +9 items made.. This is 2019 +9 is the new +8. Everything is super expensive so if you are looking to play and compete prepare yourself to drop some major coin.

Very active 2 pk servers, few people with +9 but they die easy aswell
