how can we unlock skills if no more lupus or lobo or w.e. has stopped spawning thats a bit stupid isnt it ?

they still spawn and still drops
every boss in cz now can drop it

maybe in eslant too, not sure, few days ago got cleric earring from talos o.O

it still droping but now u need kill chaos of recall stone and kill there the bosses... but u cant solo it :P u need a party cuz they hit hard

or you can just buy it for like 30 / 40m :P expensive but better then no skills :P

ardream and cz have it on the center of the map (bowl) rlb i dont know cuz lonmg time i dont go there

drops have been all messed up since Chaos expansion. right after expansion we got a Glass Belt from Samma in RLB O.o =D
