this is a quest, just that...
humans can open it at the back of emc ... "NEZ" npC ....
Is not easy, got ganged by the whole orc nation...
LoL good to know, thanksits a quest that only humans can do right now.Its not a hack. If ur human, go check the council near ur monument and u should have a quest that lets u enter opposite nation to get a scroll[/b]
