Spam/Locked: Anyone knows when they will open a new server?

Hi guys.. I guess it has been like 5-6 months since they opened the latest server. I quited the game and sold everything i got almost a year before. Now i want to play again but i dont know which server to get in, because there are lots of lvl80s and lots of great items in every server and until i get lvl80, it would be even worse. So im thinking of starting with a new server but dont know when they will open a new server? I could not find any contact from KO authorities. Does anyone knows when a new server will be opened? or any other suggestions for me?? I would be very happy if anyone with some real knowledge answers, or any high ranking person from this forums find out the answer by getting into contact with someone authorized from KO. Thanks
