    And, try to contact a gm ingame? cause, if you do have prem and you cant submit a ticket, that's completely retarded imo.

    and im on cypher so the gm only shows every 2 year and only say hes online 1 of 9 times :wacko:

    You need to use Internet Explorer to submit CS tickets. Firefox will not work.
