Basically I had my full old uniques and anti jamadar sets and I installed KO in a new PC and now all my used to be sealed accessories are now tradeable.
Just a heads up if you're looking to sell or whatever try it.

Do you understand that all you did was letting "other guy" (aka you) log from other PC on your account? You really think that that's what that caused it..? It's prolly just some bug coz of the merge or smthing
Switched PC and both of my accounts got it, I see no posts in the forums complaining or acknowledging it so..
Yeah, just go hate yourself somewhere else I'm just putting this up here I know how dumb it sounds but eh.
Would try this but too lazy xD
