as far as i know, there is a 3rth party tool out there atm, and with that you can do any quest at lvl 1.

For example some people doing chitin quests at lvl 1. they make grade 3 clan, invite lvl 1 char to that clan , then they go cape quest, after that lvl 1 char going out and spawn in luferson, or emc. then he run the program, and they invite him to party and do his chitin quests at lvl 1.

yesterday i saw lvl 1 char seeking 1-9 lvl in luferson, just before i went to krowaz.


I also wrote this on official forum, hope they can do something about it.
