I think you are in a minorty, but I may be wrong. Everyone has a shitload of LR now. Im rarely scared by a mage. The only time I would back off is if he is TP'ing in a warrior.

in the current CZ situation there are absolutely no skilled warriors so I cant be afraid of them
on the other hand , a fire mage that spams me for 600-700 or a light mage that stuns my ass make me really afraid
