Ask a GM in game(If you can find one, that is) although you have to prove that it was a drop not something you bought off from Chinese Farmers.

Yeah, you need a .ksc file in order for them to change it for an IN, cuz chinese farmers got tons of those from koxping Ultima in BF, so it just wouldnt be fair to the others.

there is going to be a quest that u can turn that necklace to a something else im not but thats how it works in jpko so wait till new patch ( lvl 83 patch ? )

this is that the chinese also know u guys cant kill ultima legit so if they sell and then someone reports them they will be banned for sure
