    funniest part is that he actually paid prem and kc every month and to be able to get support he need to buy prem in new account? ftw k2 does everything for money xD

    Exactly the same happened to me. I like the part where they say: log into the site and change your pass etc. WTF? How could I log into site and change my pass if I got hacked and lost my character? Man...what a great idea.

    Wel your mom doesn't do it for the money, she just genuinly likes me :P

    On topic: I got hacked as well, over 115gbs on girakon and IN MY message I said, DO NOT RESPOND TELLING ME I DON'T HAVE PREMIUM because I have bought it b4, sure enough, they say, sorry, we provide NO roll backs, your fucked, also, if you want to buy premium, go to gamersfirst, BLAH BLAH BLAH...

    Sucks, but you gotta deal with it.

    man, and dont buy PREMIUM cuz i got hacked like 2 months ago and they told me that "they are sorry about what i lost blah blah, but they cant do sht."

    as a normal person,

    im trying to understand how they use to manage this organisation (especially when they do this.)

    Maybe they have a sh.tload of money everymonth and a constant growth (which i doubt)
    and they can manage to do not care about the people who dont pay,

    but looking in the long run, they throw in the garbage a customer that might bring them alot of money

    what you guys think
