I't had ib+8 shell and chitins+7 that got wiped due to the bug, but now it has come to my knowledge that he new owner got it back and promis me that he would tell if he got it back
Unfortnually he didn't change pass/id after we traded, should I logg and see if they are there or I state the fact that I got scammed?

You traded chars, not chars with items. Never give yourself an oppurtunity to be fucked over. You shouldnt have even asked him. Just go and see for yourself because now he could have moved the items elsewhere.
