I am guessing you've moved from Lithuania to the UK. No British lawyer in their right mind would even risk wasting the time of a small claims court , let alone a full blown legal case with a British court. It is not the norm for this to be dealt with in that manner and it is far more an American culture than anything else. As it had already been pointed out , you have violated the TOS ( Terms of service ) and you don't have any valid grounds to be upset or angry with the EUKO staff. It's your own fucking fault you've spent so much money on the server and then been stupid enough to get caught breaking their rules by openly ( well at least now ) breaking the rules by buying GB's from here.
