yea what did u ask?
anything that include the word "money" "payment" and "premium" they will respond to your ticket fast ( around 10 hours and max 24)
bugs or any other issues will take 3 days +
if u dont have premium its an auto reponse and close ticket
accoutn hacked, i dont have premium on either accounts got a response after about 10 hrs got it back after 2 days with a couple of response 3 in all ^_^
i take it all back, they asked me what password would you like? i told them, then i got a different person, and they asked me for my payment info.... again
