i would buy a brainwash machine, brainwash all the people that ever played KO..
delete all servers, and remake them all. so everything starts again..
than we will have some good gaming. I would put maximum level on turkey, and their character non-able to trade. so they can get like maximum lvl 40. and they can KOXP dupe whatever they want but they will stay shit and wont affect market.

maximum level should be easily obtainable by vast majority of the players.
like that noone would have to share accounts,get scammed and USD sellers would get a direct hit.

i would make 3 servers pr continent aka 3 for southamerican 3 for northamerica 3 for europe and 3 for turkey + rest of middleeast
^^(russia western parts lie on the european cntinent and would categorizise as euro servers)
id hire local gms and fix stuff like acseptance of getting resed
and the japanese payment from player 2 player for lentout items
and make it soo only gm could name change for anyone

make like 4 or 5 homes per a server like ares 5 and ares 4
hire 6 GMs so every GM is on for 4 hrs and so we have 24/7 coverage.....
and it would be good if K2 just apologizes and admits that they are hungry for money

3 Gm's each server would be bad, thats 1 GM patrolling each server on an 8 hour shift each. you need at least 9 per server. You don't have to pay GM's, you can use in game players for GM's...not all players are corrupt. In runescape they have like over 10k Gm's.

2. have my own programmers
3. ip ban turks from the normal servers and put them into a fresh start server or more
4. 24//7 survaillence on all servers minimum 3 gms at the same time online on 1 server
5. merge the servers into 1 (not s1, s2 , s3)
6. costumer being able to send a screenshot of a person thats cheating.
7. gm button! (the button where you can call a gm, tho use it too much /ban)
8. more wars and special events likeeeeeeeee lets say... USA vs EU a massive war between nation.
9. etc... list goes on
