Since they have same ap ,at same + hb ll be better .And perhaps +7 hb is better than a +8 ii for a bp , the flame dmg and the int bonus is rlly good.

oh thought that ii had 181 ap too xD .

4.) hb -> I tryed it with helis on FP-BP with 1.7 - 1.8k AP and it was excapt the same dmg (dmg was abouth 1k every hit didnt testet R hit just skill)
