is it possible to send money to someone with a balance of zero and they still receive the money instantly?
In my Case im using bank/debit transferee and it takes 6-8 days to complete so its in process, to sum it up if i got a transaction/transferee of money to my paypal account in progress is it possible to send money to somebody and have them receive it

once $ is sent to someone else it takes another 6-8 days to process to them.... ? wow takes so long just to get some noah

You can sent it if I am right. That is the way I pay for everything online. I do not have any money on the account tho. It will charge my bankaccount after paying.
If you have that same set up, I would say, that you can pay anyone even if your account has no money on it.
