These items won't be available on PUS (steam only) after the release.
However, they might add it in future.

They didn't say anything about this being permanent tho, there's a chance they'll add it in future.

yes was hopping on dragon boxes and staffs sense i have money from previous servers and from stuff i just sold.. Anyways i am kinda glad there wont be these things just because this steam server is going to take alot longer to grow and for people to actually have somewhat of good weapons. I think this will be better for the server it self in the long run

They will still be able to buy items/characters with USD. Just no gambling for Krowaz on day 1. I don't see that as a bad thing.

I think it's really good they keep them out at the start, but once the items are available to farm, put the boxes in, at the current rate. Since they changed the drops, they also changed the droprate, and believe me it is beyond shitty.
