They said that all players will be given lvl 70 characters, and there are ways to get items (you don't use your own I'm guessing) So it should be pretty fair.

My guess is they'll do it like the International War they did some time ago, where they had a Weapon, Armor and Accessory NPC, where you could buy as many items as you wanted. In addition, they had 100% to +8 scrolls in Charon, so it was easy to get at least +8 gear.

if they let everyone in the same lvl and all have the same weapons for example they let you having giga +8, raptor +8 shard +8 toto and impact +8 for interserver war only that will be the best idea from K2 but i doubt they're smart enough to do it,it'll be more fun when everyone is equal to the other then wins will determine on how skilled you are not what items you have, and then you'll see many big names falling down against unknown people
