Invalid data tables

I have had this problem since 1-2 month and I always connected with launcher disable.
Now with the new patches I cant use launcher disable and it always says invalid data tables.
Plz help:S

reinstall, but completely remove the game and all files.

I didnt play with tbl files, I didnt do anything with them.
