NO, Japanese KO DOES NOT have the 83 patch. They played it there for the first time as well. Not a valid excuse there. The only excuse that might be valid is that the timezone was BAD for us, and we didn't have nearly the maximum amount of 250 people in war. Would it have helped if we did? You never know...
