Log into your gamersfirst account that is linked to your k2 account. Upper right corner there is a support button, then choose your knightonline account. It will bring you to a support area with option such as facts, questions and My stuff, go into Questions and follow the directions from there.

make sure to grab your penis while typing your ticket for luck

it redirects you to G1 page, which says that you have to log in... when you do this, you're at main page, if you redirect from K2's page after that, it says to log in again xD
after you're logged in, go to: Gamersfirst – Free2Play, MMO, Knight Online World, War Rock, Sword of the New World, Red Stone, Go Go Racer, Animax LaMB, Victory, Taikodom, Parabellum
