There was a Turk clan using a swastika on their capes about 2.5 years ago, the entire clan was banned for 30 days...they changed it really fast after that.

On a side note, I find it ironic that some Turks agree with or find this ideology amusing. I mean I understand their participation and in WW2 and Fascism by country but Nazi, please, get a clue before you use such symbolism.
