I just dc'ed from d2 and it ruined my merchant 2 mins after I made it. So I wanted to log back and make it again. But now I see "INVALID PASSWORD" I did the "forgot password" thing like 5 mins after that and havent recieved the mail yet.

How's that possible? I don't have keylogger in my pc, ppl who has access couldn't hack me for sure. And how come I dont get the email about changing the password?

Just in case, from another account try to send quickly a ticket to change password. And explain everything.

I was gonna say if you tried to change pw recently, thats how some one got your pw. Happens pretty often from what I've seen and experienced

I changed my pass like 1 year or so ago.

It can't be Hack because:

My acc became offline till now right after I dc'ed. Hacker would immadiately rob my inn etc.
You can change e-mail only by typing 3 SQs and that guy couldn't get to them and forgot password does not help.

Atm I made new acc and sent ticket by asking for a password change.

and i think u need to provide payment dates and what did u buy from that other account.

there's been like fifty threads about how the forgot password feature on the kol website is fucked up. people who have used it are losing their accts. unsure if its fixed yet, but it was a big topic like a month ago.

i've been trying to get my friend's account for a while now but she doesn't remember the pw and i'm just advising against using the forgot pw feature until its all clear.

i guess its not clear yet eh?
