koxp lets you see char/mobs lvls now like when your logged on a GM acc

no, they can just see the lvls. Woulda been something new with FireDrake because in ko/Ke gm's couldn't see player/mob levels but when FD came around all the GM accounts could see it without having to load the character's info into the GM tools
