well whos the bigger demon here:

charlie- for scamming a handful or 2 of people and fucking them over in various ways.

or k2- for scamming thousands of people worldwide from lost cc payments to lost time thru dc ingame due to shitty servers due to shitty networks due to shitty code due to shitty management, and overall thru and thru shittiness. not to mention the numerous people that were banned for stupid reasons, and all the goddamned people who shouldve been perm banned getting only temp bans.

just look at this in this way. There are 9999999 other online games other than KO. Did K2network pick u to play their game? hell no, U chose to play this game rite? So legally, u cant do shit; suing them is just gonna cost u money and waste more time. To put it simple 'if you dont like playing the game then just quit and go to another game' Problem Solved?

IMHO. This is a chance for K2 to get better. I know this specific situation may seem scewed for a lot of players b/c of who it is coming from but this of this.... If the people who trully paid for services and did not recieve product or service had an attorney send a letter then it would require K2 to get better at service or collapse.

I have free services from one of the best Law Offices in town (lucky me). I was just too lazy to make a fuss over the $20 I lost once to k2. I know it doens't seem like much but if the case were thousands loosing an amount too little to make an effort to retrieve, K2 would still make large gains from it.

Lesson is, if you don't get what you pay for, say something about it. Make the effort so the right thing can be done.
