maybe has something to do with the login being f@cked up ? tried rechange the region ?
i can't, it says that im already from israel lol
well is not that they disabled israel people to join.. smth must be fked up on their login database or smth.. send support ticket best way to solve this.. (at least you can log in website right?)

I had the same problem last month.
All you have to do is restart ur modem and router and then it will b fixed.
Your IP has a ragion problem and thats the reason u r bugged.

on the MS-DOS write, ipconfig/release then ipconfig/renew after it
do restart ur modem and router and do on the MS-DOS again : ipconfig/release then ipconfig/renew then ipconfig/flushdns and try to log in

i know it sounds stupid to send support ticket.. but from my experience i solved most of my problems by sending support ticket... maybe took a little more than normal.. but it helped
