    My account was hacked and so on....

    That's the answer from the Customer Support :

    "Recently you requested personal assistance from our on-line support center. Below is a summary of your request and our response.

    If this issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may reopen it within the next 7 days.

    BTW account is still active. That's so funny. Thank you K2 Customer Support for my items restoration, LOL. That's a new way to restore stolen items-BAN

    "sorry but to access to support on this matter you must purchase premium
    *buys prem*
    "sorry but we do not perform item restorations, we can understand the loss of items can be frustrating blah blah FUCK YOU CUSTOMER
