    If they dont even answer you quick enough through emails, which means they have a short staff, or lazy ones, then it would mean they wont hire more people to answer a hotline 24/7. They just dont care.

    Really? This month I've sent 1 ticket, after the first day they replied me 2 times in same day. And I don't have any premium.

    In topic... that would reduce cheaters, but K2 would need A LOT of staff for answering calls and for verifying in game

    nobody ever said 24/7
    even if they had office hours from 9am-6pm, a 9 hour window, it would be good.
    yes they might get alot of spam phone calls, but it doesnt take a rocket scientist to deal with them.
    Maybe even a small per minute charge AFTER you have gotten through to a live representative. I mean almost all businesses do this.
    The verifying process would also be much faster through the phone.

    now to be real, how many of you think this would be a good idea?
    lets be real here, im talking to the mature part of ko4life, not the ones that plan on spamming their phones to get what they want.
    Imagine you see a koxper. You call their hotline, GM answers and you give him all the info he needs. Maybe 5 minutes later, BAM koxper gone.
    OR
    you have problems with your account, it would be alot easier talking 1 on 1 with a gm would be easier than waiting 24hrs + for your response that says it will be escalated.
    I think k2 having direct contact with the community, maybe people wouldnt complain so much about automatic responses from support tickets?
    In my opinion, k2 would be a much better company if they did something like this.

    you seem to think k2 cares about its customers when in fact k2 know that knight online is a cash cow and they will keep milking that bitch till there is no more money. they could care less about customer support only they care money... the reason this game is so fked up in my opinion is a lack of customer support and lack of gms etc... all their customer support teams have been outsourced to india you think they will get a hotline for you to call them and voice ur opionions afraid not. h34r:

    Time varies depending on the subject.
    No time consuming= fast answer
    Using more than 1 brain cell= automatic response (2-4 days).
    WITH premium.

    ya it would be great but like so many other have said it will never happen

    im beginning to wonder if ko even has any gm's its really fucking rediculous

    but..zzz...we all keep playing and talking about how good things could be

    and they know this so they will prolly never do anything... it would be better to just have a gm all the time

    I thought about that too but then I realized this :

    e.g , I'm a gm active and I want clean c-east from every cheater I see then now I will log and stay all the whole day nd I catch like 100 koxpers + 10 nps transfer with nice items + 20 speed hackers with nice items and I ban they all now , did u see what happened ? just think they all have bronze premiunn and bronze costs like 9$ or 8.95 idk, what happened is " k2 just lost 1170$ on premiuns " and 50% of them will back and others 50% won't back and if they see they get banned quickly then there will be less cheaters but less people buying premiun aswell and less money for k2

    I believe that's why k2 don't have his gm actives banning people because it costs money for them...

    Hehe u think k2 / mgames like to have 100 players on the phone evry hour :P?

    Most of the pll who will be on the phone are mad, so u think k2 is waiting for that pll :P.

    Even k2 is not reading all the seport tickits because pll are shouting at them.

    But on a difrent way mmm its also a good idee, but like i sad k2 is not doing it sins alot off players will be mad and call them up and tell them to f.ck off or somthing :P.

    If they actually anwser the phone and deal with peoples issuies. The number K2 has now just makes you leave voicemail...maybe once in a blue moon they actually pick up the phone.

    By the way,they never call back.

    Instead of answering phones, they should let the gm's do their jobs and answer questions in game.

    yeah that'll be very helpful.



    and another major selling point would be if they actually did rollbacks for characters that got hacked. I know this would cause a lotta bad shit about selling for USD and scamming.. but a friend of mien got hacked, about 1.7k of shit gone, and got back about 10$ of stuff.. i mean it really sux hardcore how k2 gives such shit and calls it their compensation package or w/e...........

    but yes, GM's that are willign to track down hackers, IP scan, rollback characters, ban speedhackers, ban koxpers/macroers > any kind of phone customer support hotline

    I'm kinda split.
    Technically it's a good idea, but probably there phone lines would crash or some shit, or they'd charge you extra for each department you want to speak too.
    PPL would tap the lines if ppl had to give their info over the phone.
