K2's rating up to a B?! Wtf?!

Hey guys, I was just surfing the web today and I stumbled across k2's rating when trying to find there new phone number..
I noticed they went up to a B?

wtf? I just complained talking about there horrible customer support and other stuff.
If you guys want you can go ahead and complain, just a small chance they might open there eyes and see what they are doing. The BBB is something really essential to their company.

they are " satisfactorily" for the most part... they atleast give u SOME SORT OF RESPONSE if you have a problem, yes it is automated... but its better then getting nothing back... this also means that yes they dont do an exceptional job, but they are atleast doing sumthing ~~

in our eyes as the consumer though, its not enough for how much we pay for this fking game though ~~


another reason y they get a B rating, is just because they "reply" to all there tickets that are sent in

before long they shall get A+ rating (sarcasm) i must admit i havnt played this game for too long about 8 months the game still has bugs but i have been pleased with the ko customer support i have been given :/ just wish archers were not so bugged :/ but a B rating does seem a bit high

They have better support on some of their other games, its true.

K2 used to have an F rating. Back in the day it deserved it. Nowadays, i think they are better than an F. Maybe not B but i don't know the ranks so...

Like I told ya i quit for 4 months so I wasnt able to get 80, I just bought plat today and exp valks and im shooting up there in a month though ^_^

You guys should complain just like I did, they so dont deserve a B. Like wtf?
I got a reply today from a cs rep trying to be smart..
told him that if they dont de-link my g1 account from my ko account I'll stop buying premium and complain on the BBB, I told k2 it is 100% under there control and they can de-link an account, just not doing their job for players.
He replied saying I was completely misunderstanding and they cannot de link accounts, they dont have access to it and said: "Submitting a complain to the BBB will not have any effect, unless they can some how make a tool for us to un-link a g1 account"
Fuckin faggot idiotic piece of shit customer support rep's.
