You are forgetting the K2 delay factor. Which is hard to determine cause they dont release the formula, but from my own research (this is not official), i have figured that its arround 10x the time they say it will take.

So if they said at 9pm that Edena will launch at 9am next day, its not in 12 hours but actually 120 hours.
