k2 was ever the same shit, taking years to patch the bugs. Delaying ever all. (Of course, logos launched september 1 xD) all the servers launch weeks after the date of the announce.
The gms connect 5 minutes per week xD.
The customer support fix 1 of 10 or 20 problems of the players.

I was hacked 2 months ago, then i sent tickets every day for 25 days, finally i stop to send tickets, get new items and they rollback my acc to wrong date and clear all my items again -.-.

i rate it a 25...they do little to no work, spend little to no money, and make huge profit...from a business standpoint theyre fucking awesome...



edit: also not to mention that they cover their asses on every "bad" aspect u all complain about...so legally u cant touch them....its amazing its really a great company economically speaking
