Recurring billing: an extra "option" K2 added to their payment method a few months ago. It automatically refreshes your premium once it's done, to make it easier for the customer supposedly...
But the word "option" is incorrect for many, MANY of the KO players, as it goes on automatically for ANY premium purchase and the only way to put it off is through logging in to the KO site and answering 1 of the 200 secret questions EVERY TIME YOU BUY PREMIUM!!!
For starters, they NEVER ask permission to withdraw money from your bank account, it's NOT stated in the description of the PUS that once you buy it K2 will automatically sell you another one next month, so if you missed that one little notice on the KO official site you will basically be buying premium automatically every month without wanting so. Another example, people with old accounts and special symbols in their login names ($ for example) can't even log on to MYKOL, so this means that once they buy premium they dont even have a chance to say no! Not to mention all the players who do not speak English, they have NO IDEA this option is on and yet they are screwed over. Children, who save up for a month to get bronze premium once have to pay for it every month because they have no idea it exists, let alone how to turn it off
