I assume you arent a premium member so you will be discconected when servers are full. Do you expect a paying customer to wait over a non-paying customer? K2 is a business. Its common sense. This game is still free to play. When you go on at low hours, are you paying to play? No you arent. Therefore it is free to play. Hey! You can even get lucky and log on during full hours but you probably wasted 30 mins of your life connecting and reconnecting.

Is K2 incompetent in the way they run their business? Yes. Is K2 gay? Probably not.
