That's basically the new staff, Molok and such. There are more like it, for example there is one that has the stats of a leonard at +7, they aren't upgradeable so its only useable if you're on a low budget.

This is either a "secret" weapon that is awarded to the top players in the KWC 2009, or one of JPKO's PUS only sets that will never be released in USKO.
