im very sorry for you what happened with your char, i know we wasn't best friends and had alot fights in old times between our clan dd and yours shini's even we tried to work togheter making conversations on msn. It never worked. Always something came in between. Anyway you should know i always respected you and your clannies. If you like the game mate don't quit !!! If you want i have still about 17 accounts. From my old clannies who quited the game and gifted their chars to me.

I'm trying to come back in ko but i think i won't come back afther all these problems again. X-trap and stuff.

all the chars are above lvl 65 +,

Let me tell you nowdays that most bans regarding koxp are not fake or anything, the gms run around in stealth mode, they apprach parties, they investigate then they ban. Trust me and they are very fair, for example Manes gm(Psykik), he even pms the players to not to make sure there is a mistake, and he abidies by the policy very well, word for word. I remeber he banned some dude, but when he banned him penelty was only 30 days, then it was changed to 999. Him being the honest GM that he is followed the previous rules, because they were the law back then.

Now when it comes to Lead GMS like Saphyr, thier skills are near flawless with bans and they hold a very big responsibilty , they invesitgate fairly. As im aware Volcano is a lead gm also, meaning he has alot of trust and responsibilty. They dont play games, im sure he had a reason to assume cheating.

i take and ss of somebody, GM adds you to his list, he monitors you very carefully then decides weather to ban or not.

GM ban are 95% accurate, do not mistake it for the BS CSR bans, where they just ban you.

for a GM ban to occur, it means the GM was actually standing near your characrter and saw something he didnt like. Revrse bans from lead GMS are also far more diffucult then regualr gms, because you would be undermining/questioning their authority/ability to do their job.

the day he was banned was the day that the game was completely shut down for over 8 hours straight nobody was online when they said he was on koxping...the only way i can make a logical guess he was banned out of that was he got into the game while they had xtrap keeping everyone out, thus a gm ingame saw him and figured he use a 3rd party tool to sneak into the server? only thing that would make that impossable is that kinshi was at work until he got home and found himself banned... reina was also working and i was out with some friends [/b]

Gms. we all know they stealth, they can also tp to anyone ingame. What YOU fail to realize is PEOPLE MAKE MISTAKES! Now,, people being GMS. Zike was banned,,, then unbanned then made a hero on KO&#39;s own site. They make mistakes. Deville used nerd programs.. Kin uses nerd programs. Maybe kin splitting his screen so he could pk on one side of him monitor and look at porn on the other caused it, who the fuck knows. Maybe it was because kin didn&#39;t loot. Well, when you have 2.1B on 2 out of 3 chars and your inn full of money,,, why would he loot? Half the time I buffed him and ocasionally healed him at apos. He used mp absorb and hp absorb and would chat with me on teamspeak and combo away.

I am not saying he is perfect. But, he never cheated. He would log on and make a party and anyone could join in on it. He used to do apos with a priest and 6 leeching mages to get them leveled up. Kin&#39;s life was college, work and KO. He has a kick ass dual core processer computer, probably the fastest one in the game. He is a computer and gaming nerd. He can own on any character, and has. He pk&#39;s with crap gear compared to everyone else&#39;s in cz. You know he pk&#39;d with str jewels only for years?? He doesn&#39;t dupe, cheat, koxp.
