i submitted a ticket about 70 and 75 skill bugged in my account, usko answered me but i didn't understand what they say so please i wanna some help to understand what USKO customer support say

With our new patch, quests has been resetted that is why quest skills of characters which are 60Level and upper Levels resetted as well.
Quests has been resetted to provide enough data space for our new upcoming contents
