Yes. This company is Turkey based and any law suit brought against these guys will be in Turkish Courts. There is a doctrine called "drawing inspiration". It allows you to get inspired by something and create something new. As long as you don't copy stuff and create something new, you will be fine. I am not a coding expert and don't really have any experience but I'd assume the codes look pretty different. Therefore, no violation there. As for the graphic content (i.e. armors, names, etc) it looks similar but, clearly different. As long as they don't use exclusive terms, like Karus, Elmorad and copy the designs of the items, they'll be fine. A lot of mmo's draw inspiration from each other anyways. There is nothing new under the sun. Generic names such as: harpy, fireball... are also not protected save extreme situations. I won't get into it but, not in this case i can tell you that. Pvp server's aren't legal because they use the same codes, same graphic content, character designs etc etc. Long story short, they'll be fine.
