It was War Premium, but you can't buy it, they're only giving it to the first people who hit 80, don't know if they plan to add it to the game later.

Yes you can, now you can swap to any premium regardless of what you have.

Same question from reading around u have to have a trusted steam account or u have to wait 30 damn days to sell ur pus items. Where do u go to find out if ur account is "Trusted"?

If you ever buy anything from steam, I think that your account gets "Trusted".

Only if your account is "trusted", otherwise you have to wait 30 days.
