So...from what I understand we will be able to buy uniques from NPC, NOT buy sorry they will be free of charge. And if i understood correctly we will be given 100% +8 scrolls from the Charon. There will be 3 Anvils to upgrade the armors you buy. Probably will be able to buy shells from NPC or Chitin.

+8 Shells, +8Giga, +8HB, +5Uniques = US FTW.

In my oppinion we have a HUGE advantage over our competition because they are all used to being lvl 80 and having 2k defff and 15k HP. Now they just get lvl 70 they probably forgot how to play at lvl 70. I honestly think we will pwn, 1st or 2nd place.
