    oh well, gm event on cz kronos 1 ended some minutes ago (it's evening here)..in the while...since about ..this afternoon..i just see that msg being spammed again and again....
    So..yea ...even when gm was online

    If you talking about a green text that pass on the top of screen like commander messages, i heard it is a feature of some kind of cheats...
    And they use it to advertise their cheat or simply don't know how to change message.

    Hmm this is weird. I'm sure it's not something on our pc that does it because yesterday I formatted my pc, isntalled windows 7, installed ko and I got that message too. But I didn't saw who sended that message.

    happened while the gm was online in kronos, and koxpers were roaming freely in cz while 2 gms were on (in cz with the koxpers), nothing was done about it

    Its a Koxp feature you can write with the program in Ally section too without any allies...

    So ..
