Wrong, u lose 1 % when ur non prenium user, and only 0.70% when your are prenium ~ 15 millions XP

Well the npc even in usko said you would lose 1% if I'm not mistaken, it just never actually happened. It's hard to know if they consciously decided that this was retarded, or if it's just another one of the hundreds of bugs and it was actaully supposed to exist. Personally I think the drop rate of the chaotic generator is too low to justify that much of an exp loss.
