Well i have got in touch with Customer Support about changing password and stuff and got prompt non automated replies...
They just need the right information i guess.... although this was a mere password change not a rollback or hacked account issue so they are expected to be able to do it i guess

but billing history doesint show the last 4 digis of card with whom was the purchase made... -_-
but ull know wat to look for
