    submited CS ticket from another acc, proveded asked info,
    and problem was solved in less then 2 days, not even one automated reply,

    so I guess something changed, or I was lucky ?

    I send ticket got automatic replay
    send mail at KnightOnlineCS@ k2network.net no answer...
    login page fukked up I cant log on mine KOL at mine account at page...thay sux bad !!!!!

    Well i have got in touch with Customer Support about changing password and stuff and got prompt non automated replies...
    They just need the right information i guess.... although this was a mere password change not a rollback or hacked account issue so they are expected to be able to do it i guess

    I cant login on to MyKol web page with my main account ID: ******, I cant get any suport, cant change pasword, cant switch nation, cant suport ticket, cant do anything and......... etc.
    ******is my FIRST account with GOLD premium, please DO SOMETHING...
    I spented over *** $ on all characters I have been playing at KO servers, my C&B acc number is ******, I will forward any other info u require

    hmm... i use CC on my new account which i bought, but they ask to give them the info of all purchases made on account, so i guess i am pretty fucked?

    but billing history doesint show the last 4 digis of card with whom was the purchase made... -_-
