wrong...there will always be cheaters. It is human nature to take the easiest route. You have to enforce programs to prevent cheater from being able to cheat. There will always be thieves and criminals...you have to enforce cops to hold them down.

Yup, and able to not hit shit you lure right in front of them too, I tried on some outside of linate. He was a kecoon, arrow showering Uraks. I stopped dead in front of him with a Giant golem, and he never hit it once, meanwhile killing Uraks left and right. Crafty program, but there has got to be a way to kill em.
