problem logging into account...

anyone ever get this message?

i am trying to log into my account and it says "invalid password"

i didnt change the pw...nor do i think my account was hacked....is this a bug?
i am the original owner of the account...never shared pw...dont log onto shady sites....nothing...

i actually logged onto the account 2 hours before i began getting the message....any ideas?

im pretty sure it wasnt a hack...

i looked at the time stamps on kingofknight and its showing the correct stamps on when the chars were logged...

any idea what the hell is up with my account?

same thing happened to me too with my 80 lvl warrior on Kronos. I changed the password and was able to log again. didn t have a new problem during 2 weeks.

any idea what i can do if i no longer have the email associated with the account?
its the email of an old job i used to work at....about 5 years ago.

send support ticket with the info of the last 6 months purchases (kc,prem) asking them to change you email

how should i send a support ticket? their tos says we are not allowed multiple accounts...is their a direct email address i can get to them at?

have you logged on kol?

does your password containt special symbols, because sometimes my keyboard change configuration and the key combination to make them changes.

so atm is there a normal maintenance (lol i still haven't checked the new maintenance's times for )or...it's just a random prob with login server or what else?

so im trying to set up a gamersfirst account so i can send in a support ticket...and for some reason, i cant click the submit button after i type in my info....the window just stays there...wtf
