What is spellstone powder? Where did you get it and how easy is it to get? I really didn't think NTT had any power to add any content, and maybe they still dont, but it's kind of nice to see some changes.

UPDATE : yes its true that you get these powders from old(1-2) and regular(2-4) uniques

also it looks like

70 skill = 5 powders ( i just received the skill)
72 skill = 7 powders
75 skill = 9 powders
80 skill = 11 powders guess?? ( im lvl 77)

I guess, you're talking about Rogue class, right?

What are requirements for other classes, if someone has possibility to check?
