i find my scream works 50% more then leg cut leg cut is Poo never works for me i dont get leg cut alot more shock stun and scream

My legcut works about 1.2% of the time but im starting to believe its a visual bug because whenever i hit them with legcut it dosnt work but i tested it on my friend and it worked on him but on my screen he was still moving i dont know someone should test it

Look here how it works. For turks = 100% success. Regular people 1% of the time[/b]

im on west, working Leg cut for everyone. 80% i'd say.
cure & no1 can spam it again (unless its a cheat) and i get away.

leg cut works on me a lots less then it did to me when i was 70. i&#39;m 73 now. i&#39;m a sin btw.

also, i think it&#39;s just that u got low resis.

i got get leg cutted much on sin, but wit ma 77 war, it&#39;s leg cut is only like 25% anyway.

Well you only notice the legcuts that have slowed you down not the ones that fail so you cant rally say you get done all the time .
When I used to play on my warrior leg cut rate increased after I started using 1H Javana .
I used to get legcut even tho I had pretty decent resistances.
I remember getting screamed by this nooby warrior once, it felt like I couldnt move for a week lol
And I also found that if i cut off the animation of the legcut that it worked better

i have lvl 75 mage with great ice resist and i get Scream 100% all time by all warriors.
as lightning mage i cant stun but warriors stun me again and again zzz

1h giga with dex and i fail doin legcut most of the time

i fail more then someone with a glave/rappy :S

lots of tbl editors out there today fhking with the legcut rates, heal cancel rates and stuff, take not of who legcuts you 100% and who doesnt -.0

i have deff noticed leg cut workin at a much higher rate than usual.. when im on my sin id say it works almost everytime some1 tries it
