you know that you need 9x ROF to make ROF +2 no? and dragon got a 24 or 48hour respawn time or after server restarts along that I dont think that in whatever clan this guy is/was they gave 9 rof to him only to make a +2, ofc its possible.. dupe, $, scam or he rly found a bunch of idiots who gave all the rofs to him

upgrading with rebirth went to a joke since they put that rebirth upgrade scrol into PUS
as i heard every rebirth step is 50% with that scrol its 70%~ for every step... so alot of KC + some luck......
anyway there always the same known turk duper noobs who got such items..

im not gonna defend this retard, but his MS+10 is rebirthed, so not even normal+9, i&#39;ve seen screen of it, 188 ap in my opinion possible to make using this new trinas for rebirthed items
