i forgot where i read this but apparently they will be non tradeable, and you have to enter specific info to buy it. this way you cant just pass the unsealed cr around to people before you seal your chars. once your char is sealed its perfectly ok to trade it

you wont be able to trade scroll but once u seal character you can and yea it says u will have to verufy some billin info b4 u use it

ya this is coming back as the letter from the producer said from the official site
it will be untradeable
and after sealing a char on it
you will be able to trade the cypher ring
