Did you ever get past this step? I'm having the same problem, it just says there is an error at on the page at the bottom of IE and won't let me continue. There aren't any red fields that pop up on the screen showing an error.sigh.. I still cant get past step 3 I've tried it on 3 different computers now and still doesnt work.
And yes I used Internet Explorer.
Anybody willing to help me past step 3?
