If someone traded you a +8 shard would you cancel? i doubt it. Not to mention everyone in the clan didn't get duped items, only a few. If your at a party with 60 people and 5 of them have aids, Is it an AIDS party? Does everyone in the party have AIDS? Don't think so. In case you couldn't comprehend then analogy, A few people accepting duped items doesn't mean the whole clan dupes and/or accepts duped items. Probably one of the most unlegit clans I have ever seen that is seen as legit. The reason most clans left girakon is because it's hard to get anywhere in a server where the gm's help a certain clan. I haven't seen gm's help the others clans on this server kill bosses...but I also haven't seen any other clans suck off the gm's either. So I guess that is why. The members of your own clan inform the rest of us of what goes on in insanity. The ones that don't suck up to via.

btw, theres a big difference between getting shard+8 on a week old server, where theres no possibility for it to be legal, than on old server, where some1 might just quit and give his items to a random guy, not very high chance, but it is possible the item is legit.

If i heard correctly the people who got the duped items deleted them, and the one person who didn't delete them was kicked from the clan. The people were already in the clan before they got the items, so it has nothing to do with accepting them as they'd already been accepted. Since when is a few people the entire clan? Where the hell is your logic? Do i need to talk about AIDS again? :X

For one, you dont play in Girakon.
For two, a few people in the clan accepted them, including the leader. The leader formed the clan, hence he represents the clan. If you noticed, most of the flame is directed toward Via, and not Insanity. People are flaming him for his actions, not the clan as a whole. It is the clan members, Havok for example, trying so hard to back his clan up with BSes, when the facts were posted on the forum last week. I doubt he even have a clue what is actually going on within the clan :\
